Refund policy

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, returns will be accepted for a full refund, provided that goods are:

a) Unused, undamaged and still in their original, manufacturer’s packaging.

b) Returned to our premises within 7 days of invoice date.

c) You must contact us by email or phone to notify us of goods being returned.

Freight and handling costs remain the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, except in the case of faulty goods.
